Eleven students and two teachers of the school witnessed the historic launch of Skyroot Aerospace’s Vikram-I at ISRO’s Satish Dhawan Space Centre, Sriharikota, on 18 July 2026. Vikram-I became the first private Indian orbital rocket launched from Indian soil, marking a proud milestone in India’s space journey. The thunderous lift-off inspired students to appreciate innovation, research, perseverance and technological progress. This rare experiential learning opportunity encouraged them to dream big and explore careers in science, engineering, research and space technology. The visit reaffirmed the school’s commitment to nurturing curiosity, scientific temperament and confident future innovators.
