A workshop on Heatwave and Hotwind Awareness was conducted for students of Classes VIII and IX on 30th April 2025 at Salwan Public School, Trans Delhi Signature City. Organized in collaboration with the District Disaster Management Authority, Ghaziabad, the session aimed to equip students with essential knowledge about the causes, impact, and safety measures related to extreme heat conditions. Experts from the authority engaged students through interactive discussions and practical tips on staying safe during heatwaves. The workshop was a timely initiative to promote climate resilience and health awareness among young learners, especially in view of rising summer temperatures.
