An Anti-Bullying Workshop was conducted on 23rd August in the school MPH Hall for the students of Grades 3 to 5 and 6 to 8. The sessions were led by Ms. Anshu Priya, Clinical Psychologist from Project CACA.
The workshop aimed to spread awareness about bullying, its forms, and preventive measures that students can adopt. Ms. Priya explained the types of bullying—physical, verbal, relational, and cyberbullying—through situation- based questions and discussions.
Students were actively engaged in role plays, where they enacted real-life situations to better understand the impact of bullying and explore effective ways to respond. The school’s anti- bullying policy was also explained to ensure that students are aware of the steps to be taken if they face or witness bullying.
The sessions were highly interactive, with students participating enthusiastically, sharing their views, and reflecting on their experiences. Overall, the workshop was an enriching experience that empowered students to stand up against bullying and contribute to creating a safe, respectful, and supportive school environment.
