A Cyber Safety and Security awareness session was conducted on 11 April 2026 for 215 students of Classes VI to VIII as part of Skill Saturday. Led by Mr Vaibhav, the session focused on responsible digital behaviour and safe internet practices. Students learned about phishing, malware, cyberbullying, identity theft, digital footprints and emotional manipulation in online scams. They were guided to create strong passwords, enable two-factor authentication and exercise caution while using social-media platforms. Real-life examples and case studies helped them relate the concepts to their everyday digital activities. They were encouraged to pause, verify information and act responsibly before responding to suspicious online messages. A quiz conducted at the end of the session recorded an impressive average score of 18.05 out of 20, reflecting the students’ active participation and understanding. The programme significantly enhanced their preparedness to navigate the digital world safely and ethically.
