Day 1:
The Annual Class Presentation titled Aarangam, celebrating creativity, culture, and holistic development.
The programme commenced with a soulful Ganga Aarti, followed by a powerful Shiv Tandav and the ceremonial lighting of the lamp, creating a serene and auspicious beginning. A graceful invocation dance further enhanced the spiritual ambience. The Welcome Address was delivered by the Principal, Ms. Sunita Madan, who emphasized the importance of nurturing young learners holistically. The presence of the Guest of Honour, Colonel Yogesh Grotra, added great prestige to the occasion.
288 Students from Nursery to Class II participated enthusiastically, showcasing confidence, coordination, and creativity. The programme stood out for its unique inclusion of parents and grandparents, making it a truly inclusive and heartwarming experience. The event was witnessed by an audience of around 320 parents.
The performances beautifully highlighted themes of cultural values, mindfulness, and self-development. A special Taekwondo performance by the students showcased the importance of self-defence, discipline, and physical fitness. Adding a meaningful touch, Class II students presented the English song “We Can Change the World,” spreading awareness about sustainability and the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
The programme concluded with a heartfelt Vote of Thanks by the Headmistress, Surbhi Monga, who expressed gratitude to all participants, staff members, and parents for their constant support and contribution in making the event a grand success.
Day 2
The second day of Aarangam continued with equal enthusiasm and vibrance, further celebrating the spirit of expression and learning. The young performers once again captivated the audience with their confidence and stage presence.
The programme carried forward the themes of cultural heritage, environmental awareness, and life skills through engaging and creative presentations. Each performance reflected teamwork, dedication, and the efforts of both students and teachers in creating a meaningful learning experience.
The inclusion of parents and grandparents added warmth and emotional depth to the event, making it a memorable experience for all present. The audience appreciated the seamless coordination and the thoughtful integration of values with performance.
